His passion for the industry began in his teen years and evolved into studying French cuisine at Montreal's Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. From an apprenticeship in France and Montreal's Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, to working with Canada's prestigious JUNO and GENIE Awards, Jason's innovative approach has garnered positive reviews across the local and national culinary landscapes.
